This is not a DIY rebuild sold on Yahoo! Auctions, but rather one rebuilt by a specialized B2B-only rebuilding manufacturer. Basically, the brush parts and bearings are replaced with brand new ones.
To be honest, if you want to rebuild cheaply, you can make it much cheaper by using Chinese bearings, reusing them as-is, or using used brushes. Japanese people generally avoid rebuilding manufacturers that dealerships do not deal with. This is because their customer support is slow and it’s a hassle to repeatedly replace the same shoddy products.
Also, since labor and shipping costs result in losses, shops and repair garages basically do not use them.
The ones sold on eBay are resold items from Yahoo! Auctions, so they are generally poor quality. They reuse stockless images.

I think only a very few people will reach my site, but BtoB is actually cheaper, so please feel free to inquire.
However, since rebuilding requires a core and a trade-in, if round-trip shipping is international, it is cheaper to buy a core in Japan. Therefore, it is more cost-effective to look for a BtoB used item in Japan and use it as a base for rebuilding. If it’s just the base, you can also obtain it on Yahoo! Auctions or Mercari.
I basically use EMS for shipping because the rates are clear. Also, the import tax on auto parts can be 25% if aluminum is used as a material. Please understand.
