Terms of Service（規約）

Agreement to Terms By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined below.
Scope of Service Japan-based staff providing general proxy buying/bidding from all available online stores in Japan (Mercari, Surugaya, Yahoo! Auctions, etc.), as well as professional sourcing and sales of used and rebuilt automotive parts.
Total Price Structure All estimates will be provided in Japanese Yen (JPY), calculated as:

Item Cost + Domestic Shipping + Customs & Duties (DDP) + International Shipping (EMS Actual) + Base Fee
To eliminate uncertainty caused by exchange rate fluctuations and ensure transparent transactions, all prices are standardized in Japanese Yen (JPY).
For international shipping details, please refer to the Japan Post EMS rate table.

Performance-based Fee:

30% of the successfully reduced amount (If we successfully reduce costs through price negotiations or consolidated shipping, we charge 30% of that “cost-reduction amount (difference)” as a performance fee. This is automatically applied and included in the 1st payment when a reduction is achieved. If no reduction is made, this fee is 0 JPY).

Packing: Items are carefully wrapped in cushioning materials and safely packed in a double-walled cardboard box. If you have any specific requests or instructions, we will follow them.
Box Size Restriction: Boxes must be large enough to hold a shipping label. Therefore, a minimum surface area of 20cm × 20cm is required.
Arrival Confirmation & Inspection: We will take photos of the exterior when your items arrive and share them with you. (Please note that functionality, authenticity, or minor cosmetic conditions of used items are not guaranteed.)
Shipping Timing: Items will be shipped upon your request, or once your package reaches approximately 120 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height) and 10 kg in weight.
Storage Period & Combined Shipping: Stored items must be shipped out at a frequency of once a month in principle (please consult us if you need storage exceeding 1 month). Also, if you wish to consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment, prior consultation is strictly required.
Size Restrictions: Bulky items such as large plushies may not be accepted due to storage and shipping constraints, so please check with us in advance.
Prohibited Items: Due to international postal regulations, customs laws, and payment provider policies, we cannot order or ship liquids, items containing liquid or flammable substances, lithium-ion batteries (except when securely installed inside devices like game consoles), and adult-oriented magazines, media, or related goods.

Payment Methods & Process (Secure 2-Step Payment) For mutual trust and security, payments are processed in two stages:

1st Payment: “Item Cost + Domestic Shipping + Performance Fee (if applicable)” must be paid before we proceed with the purchase. Once the items arrive at our location, we will send you photos of the contents.
2nd Payment: “Customs & Duties + International Shipping (EMS Actual) + Base Fee (based on package size)” must be paid before we ship the package via EMS.

Accepted Payment Methods:

PayPal: Secure with Buyer Protection.
Wise: Highly recommended due to very low transfer fees. (Please note that bank transfer fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please adjust the sending amount so that the received amount matches the total estimate.)

Cancellations & Returns: Cancellations after an order/bid is finalized and returns for customer convenience are strictly not accepted. Due to time differences and delays before payment, items on flea market apps may sell out. We are not responsible for such sell-outs (in the rare event an item sells out, a full refund will be promptly issued).
Shipping & Insurance: International shipping is handled via EMS. The transaction is considered complete once EMS marks the package as “Delivered.” EMS provides compensation for loss or damage (up to 2 million JPY). If additional insurance fees (actual cost) based on the declared value are required, we will discuss them with you separately.
Customs & Duties (DDP): We support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). In the unlikely event that an item is confiscated or returned by local customs due to local import regulations, we cannot be held responsible. Please verify your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
