Realistic Example: Consolidating 5 Orders to the USA
Suppose you purchase items from 5 separate stores (on Rakuten or any other online shops).
- Total Item Cost: 8,000 JPY
- Domestic Shipping: 2,000 JPY

Our Process:
- After receiving your 10,000 JPY payment, we will purchase all your items immediately.
- Once they arrive at our location, we will inspect them, take standard photos, send the photos to you, and notify you of the arrival.
Customs & Duties:
Generally, the import tax rate is 12.5%. Therefore, a customs clearance fee based on 12.5% of the 8,000 JPY item cost is required.
- We will inform you of the exact cost by sharing a screenshot of the official invoice. We never add unnecessary extra charges.
- Note: If the country of manufacture is China, an additional 7.5% import tax is required by regulations.
Your 2nd Invoice:
For an 8,000 JPY item cost, the import tax is 1,000 JPY and the customs clearance fee is approximately 800 JPY.
- 2nd Invoice Total: 1,800 JPY + Actual EMS Shipping Fee
