Service Overview
We handle all messaging, bundle discounts, and price negotiations with sellers on your behalf across all Japanese platforms (Mercari, Yahoo! Auctions, Rakuten, etc.). Expert in auto parts.
Total Price Structure
All estimates and transactions are processed strictly in Japanese Yen (JPY) to eliminate uncertainty caused by exchange rate fluctuations. The total price is calculated as: Item Cost + Domestic Shipping + Customs & Duties + Customs Clearance Fee + International Shipping (EMS Actual) + Base Fee
Performance Fee (30% of Saved Amount)
- What is a Performance Fee? A performance fee is a commission charged only when we successfully negotiate a price reduction or bundle discount for you on platforms like Mercari, Yahoo! Auctions, etc.
- Calculation: The fee is 30% of the amount saved through our successful negotiations. (For example, if we successfully negotiate a 1,000 JPY discount on an item, the performance fee is 300 JPY). If no discount is achieved, this fee does not apply.
- Payment: Included in the 1st payment along with the item cost.
Secure 2-Step Payment Process
- 1st Payment: Item Cost + Domestic Shipping + Performance Fee (if applicable) + Base Fee (500 JPY). This must be paid before we purchase the item.
- 2nd Payment: Customs & Duties + Customs Clearance Fee + International Shipping (EMS Actual) + Additional Base Fee (if your package size/weight exceeds the standard limit). This must be paid before we ship the package.
Base Fees (Per Shipment)
- Standard Size: 500 JPY (Included in the 1st payment)
- Over 100 Size or Over 3 kg: 1,000 JPY (Standard 500 JPY + Additional 500 JPY charged in the 2nd payment)
- Large Size: 1,500 JPY (Standard 500 JPY + Additional 1,000 JPY charged in the 2nd payment)
- Note: Base fees are applied per shipment, not per individual item purchase. No service fees are charged for individual item purchases.
Payment Methods & Rules
- Accepted Methods: PayPal or Wise only.
- Transaction Fees: Any exchange fees, payment provider fees, or transfer fees are entirely the buyer’s responsibility. Please adjust the sending amount so that the received net amount matches the exact total estimate.
Shipping & Storage
- International Shipping: All shipments are handled via EMS (Japan Post). Actual shipping costs can be verified on the Japan Post official website.
- Storage Period: If you choose to consolidate multiple items into a single shipment, items must be shipped out at a frequency of once a month in principle.
- Large Shipments: If your package exceeds 120 cm in total dimensions or 10 kg in weight, prior consultation is strictly required.
